Space and Support

The Technology Innovation Center and the University of Iowa Oakdale Research Park offer space and support for new and growing businesses.

Established in 1984, the Technology Innovation Center is the University’s business incubator, offering services and cost-effective space to start-ups and new ventures of established companies that use advanced technology.  The new University of Iowa BioVentures Center will open in spring 2008.

The Research Park is located on 189 acres in Coralville and was established in 1989 to offer leased space and building sites to growing technology companies seeking sustained relationships with the University.
